to recognize new Paul Harris Fellows and 20 "PH Plus Fellows" and FIVE! "Major Donors" from our Club at the dinner meeting.  A renowned speaker, Keith Axtell, will report on Rotary's humanitarian projects and micro-credit programs.

Mike reminded us today was National Chili Day.
He posed a question from "the Rotarian" magazine and fined members who were wrong about Bill Gates' birth year.
Given the current stock market decline, Mike asked, "How do you get a stock broker out of a tree? . . . Cut the rope".

Brad Hooper reported on the new name of a school, Envision Career Academy, focused on helping students find and pursue their career path; the school now offers Business, Marketing, Agriculture, and more.





 Greg Cuoio needs volunteers to be a part of a three-Club effort to build a tiny house for transitional housing. Be a mentor or a worker or just be at the Market Skills Center with high school age builders.  A grant has been acquired from Rotary International.
Food Bank Thursday: The third Thursday of each month at 5:30 PM, our Club supports the Food Bank at its warehouse on Mottman Road on the city's west side.
